A space that adapts to people; dynamic interaction between object and subject. Huế Nguyễn and I explored these relations as part of our project and it brought us in contact with object and furniture design, computer science, and robotics.

 

We went from designing a wardrobe to studying human behavioral patterns and spatial dynamics. We humans go our way and either our environment is adapted or the incoherency is made blatantly obvious.

 

The cloakroom became entrance area, storage location, and room divider. Our Kinetic Wall changes the three-dimensional space. The non-contact interaction is based on the flow of human movement.
